Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Fundeer (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fundeer. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Some features require account creation. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may sign in using email/password or Google Sign-In. By using Google Sign-In, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

You retain ownership of data you enter into the App (transactions, budgets, notes, etc.). By using cloud sync or sharing features, you grant us a license to store and transmit this data as necessary to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your data is accurate and lawful. Do not enter sensitive information beyond what is necessary for expense tracking.

Fundeer allows optional connection to Monobank and PrivatBank. By connecting your bank account:

• You authorize us to retrieve your account and transaction data
• You confirm you have authority to access the connected accounts
• You understand we use official bank APIs with read-only access
• You can disconnect your bank at any time

We are not affiliated with any bank. Bank services are provided by the respective financial institutions under their own terms.

When you invite others to trips or family groups, you share certain expense data with them. Only invite people you trust. You are responsible for data you share through these features.

FUNDEER IS A TRACKING TOOL, NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR.

The App provides expense tracking, budgeting tools, and analytics based on your data. This is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. For important financial decisions, consult a qualified professional.

Features like FIRE calculations and savings projections are estimates based on assumptions and historical data. Actual results may vary significantly.

We strive to keep Fundeer available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will try to provide notice of significant changes.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. “Fundeer” and associated logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without permission.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of bank data imports or AI-processed transactions. Always verify important financial information.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from:

• Decisions made based on App data or analytics
• Errors in bank data imports or AI processing
• Data loss due to device issues or sync failures
• Unauthorized access to your account

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

You may stop using the App at any time. You may delete your account through the App settings. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, stop using the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine, unless prohibited by your local consumer protection laws.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
